CLEANING CHEMICALES
Chemical cleaning includes internal degreasing and cleaning of pipes, hoses, various. parts for pipe production, heat exchanger and other equipment. MAR-KEM AS uses its own chemicals or chemicals as desired by the customer. All pipes and hoses are plugged after cleaning, and a cleaning certificate is always included.

FLUSHING
Flushing MAR-KEM AS performs oil flushing according to its own or the customer's procedure. We use calibrated equipment and tests according to ISO purity standard.

MAR-KEM AS performs Pickling of stainless steel and carbon steel. We have different sizes our tubs and therefore great capacity.

Pickling takes place in a safe environment with a focus on quality and HSE.

PRESSURE TESTING
Pressure Testing MAR-KEM AS performs pressure testing for certification of pipes, tanks, valves and equipment. The tests are performed with liquid, from 0-1000 bar. The test is performed according to Mar-KEM's own procedure or by specification from the customer. All measuring instruments have traceable calibration certificates. During testing, pressure can be seen manually on the pressure gauge, and the entire test is documented to the customer.
