MRC Global supplies pneumatic, hydraulic and electric actuators and solutions for all types of on/off valves for the oil and gas industry, including subsea and compact actuators

BALL VALVES

We supply all types of ball valves for the Oil & Gas industry. We can supply all sizes from 1/2" to 56". We can supply all material qualities such as CS, LTCS, 316, D22, D25, 6MO, Titanium. We stock Bonney Forge ball valves from 1/2" to 8".

Our main suppliers are BFE Bonney Forge, Flowserve Valbart, Velan ABV, Icarus and Neway

Bonney Forge has a leading position within Gate, Globe & Check, ball valves and Double Block & bleed valves. In Norway Bonney Forge has Frame Agreements with Statoil and Conoco on GGC and DB&B valves, as well ad Ball valves for Conoco.

Flowserve Valbart manufacture trunnion ballvalves and combination valves, rising stem valves and control ball valves. The Italian manufacturer is a specialist on valves with stringent requirements for material and high pressure acc to API 6A & 6D.

Velan ABV manufacture ball and combination valves as well as valves for subsea applications. They also manufacture their own custom fit actuators.

Icarus have specialized in fast track deliveries and specialty valves. They have supplied valves for the Norwegian market for many years.

Neway are Chinas largest exporter of valves to the process industry. The company has qualified its modern casting facilities to Norsok standard and is one of the largest suppliers to MRC worldwide.

BUTTERLY VALVES

We supply all types of butterfly valves for the Oil & Gas industry.

Sizes from 1/2" to 56" All material qualities such as CS, LTCS, 316, D22, D25, 6MO, Titanium. Inventory of Curtiss Wright Solent & Pratt butterfly valves from 2" to 12". Inventory of Centertech lined butterfly valves from 2" to 12".

Solent & Pratt supplies high quality butterfly valves manufactured in England. The valves are extensively used on offshore installations and meets high quality requirements. Double eccentric valves from 3" to 12" in many different materials are available from stock in Bergen.

Center Tech supply high quality lined butterfly valves. The valves are manufactured in Germany and is used in many offshore and oil & gas applications with high quality requirements. Lined butterfly valves from 3" to 12"are available from stock.

CONTROL VALVES

MRC Global Norway AS is the leading center of expertise in control valves and choke valves for the Norwegian oil and gas industry.

Over the last 30 years we have supplied products and services to all major players on the Norwegian Continental Shelf and can offer a complete team of experts on control valves.

Our expertise includes all types of valves and all applications within the process industry, refinery and offshore processing. This includes special trims to prevent noise, cavitation, erosion and other challenging conditions.

MRC Global Norway AS, Instrumentation Division is Norway's leading supplier and stock holder of Instrument Tube Fittings, Tubing, Valves, Manifolds, Actuators and related accessories. Instrumentation Division represents high-quality products and best-in-class manufacturers. Because of our focus on high quality at all levels, especially within our product segment, Instrumentation Division holds many long term frame agreement contracts with the main key players operating in the Norwegian offshore sector.

PIPES

MRC Global Norway - Piping Division has one of the largest stocks of ASTM piping products in Northern Europe. This gives our customers short delivery time and an improved service level.

Our warehouse has one of the most extensive ranges in the business. 25,000 m2 and a stock of over 6,000 finished products and materials provides a comprehensive assortment of pipe, fittings and flanges. Our technical department qualifies steel mills of pipe, fitting and flange manufacturers to Norsok M-650. The stock material are manufactured and certified to MRC Global Norway - Piping Division's own specification EP-3000 which complies with Norsok M-630 and Statoil TR2000.

RAPTURE DISCS

Elfab Ltd. is the world’s leading manufacturer of rupture discs for pressure-relief in process systems. Elfab was founded in the UK in 1936 and supplies system solutions within pressure-relief for aerospace, land-based industry and offshore. Common for all their product applications is the need to control and utilize process pressure in plant, which is where we come in to the picture.

Our solutions range from mass-produced discs with high volume to advanced discs combined with pressure-sensing technology, high quality machining and welding techniques. Elfab’s designs are based on the latest within 3D CAD systems and we customize solutions whenever necessary.

In addition to standard testing to normal industry standards, Elfab is the only manufacturer of rupture discs to possess a Lloyds Registered Cycle Testing Rig. This enables us to develop Life Cycle test programs for precise data on product lifecycles.

Based on our advanced production methods, we are able to back our products with a range of benefits:

We manufacture all our products with 0 non-conformities from set pressure (MDR). This degree of precision is all included in the price of our products. Elfab produces the highest industrial standard with regard to degree of tolerance for set point. Our tolerance is 3%, whilst the normal standard is 5% or more. This means higher process pressure with the same set point for the disc, and thus a greater safety margin.

SAFETY VALVES

MRC Global Norway AS supply Tai Milano, including conventional (spring-loaded) and pilot-operated.

Tai Milano S.p.A was founded in 1959 and have since 1962 been manufacturing safety valves for industry in genereal, and in particular for the petrochemical, chemical and refining industry, power boilers and steam plants.

The factory is located in Guardamiglio near Piacenza and occupies a total of 13 000 m2 comprising a covered area of 6500 m2 and is modernly equipped to handle a monthly production of 600 valves.
