Camera Station EX292:
The tiny EX292 fixed camera station is certified for use in hazardous areas. Its compact design makes this an extremely versatile camera station requiring very little space.

Crane Camera CT30EX:
HERNIS' well proven Crane TV system meets the requirements of Crane operators worldwide. The Crane TV system is certified to be installed in hazardous areas and is primarily used on offshore cranes, supplied with up to 3 cameras (Ex or weatherproof) providing clear view of the cargo, the wire drum and pedestal enhancing hoisting operations.

Camera Station EX291:
The EX291 is a small camera station which is to be used in areas in which physical size is of the utmoust importance. 
The camera housing is certified for zone 1 and 2, group II C and can be delivered with or without an integrated junction box.

EX285T Thermal:
The EX285T is an EX-proof camera station designed for night-time surveillance in marine/EX environments. The key function is detecting oil spills on water surface, as well as personnel and vessel detection in total darkness.

Camera Station EX270:
The HERNIS Ex270 dome is certified for use in hazardous areas. The customised glass is Electro-Magnetic Compatible (EMC) eliminating the need for extra safety precautions during cleaning. The new model offers 360 degrees continuous pan and is tolerant to vibration which makes it well suited for the offshore and marine environment. IP rating is 66 and the material is our usual high quality 316L stainless steel. As with all our domes it can be controlled directly from any HERNIS control system.

EX291 SubSea Fixed Camera Station:
The EX291 SubSea camera station is purpose built for operation in splash zones and depths down to 30 meters. A typical application is the Submerged Turret Loading (STL) area on FPSOs. The EX291 SubSea is certified to II C, IP68 3 bar (30 meters). The camera station is delivered complete with vulcanised multicable eliminating water intrusion.

The PT9 was developed to take full advantage of the size and functionality of the ¼” high resolution compact or block cameras available in the market. The unit is based on the well-proven PT30 station but includes selectable auto focus not available on traditional camera and lens combinations.

The tiny HERNIS camera station S7 has been equipped with IR LED to increase the area of use. The camera station is now perfectly suited for night time surveillance and use in dark areas where the IR light will help identify objects.

Camera Station PT70WP:
The HERNIS domes are tolerant to vibration, which makes them well suited for the offshore and marine environment.  The outdoor model is approved to IP67 and made in our usual high quality 316L stainless steel. The new domes will easily blend into any environment and can be controlled directly from all our control systems. 100 preset positions is standard.

CONTROL PANELS

Control Panel OK450:
The Control Panel is the main point of access to the CCTV functionality. All controls available to the operator are done via the control panel. HERNIS control panel OK450 comes with a joystick and can be flush or desk mounted at the customers own discretion.

HERNIS 400 System:
The HERNIS 400 CCTV system is an analogue system consisting of an analogue video matrix and a PC based system server. The system is expandable in steps of 16, from 16 cameras and monitors, up to 992 cameras, 256 monitors and 256 keyboards in a single HERNIS 400 CPU system.

DISPLAY UNITS

HERNIS delivers a wide variety of high quality monitors and display units for industrial and Ex-endangered areas, each carefully selected to suite the customers demand and the extreme performance criteria in the marine and Oil & gas industry. The display units vary from small field service monitors of 5,6" and slightly larger crane cabin displays to large screens of up to 60". The resolution offered depends on the requirement on type and performance. We supply 4:3 and 16:9 formats and all units can be supplied in PAL or NTSC format. 

Monitors can be flush mount, desk mount, wall or ceiling mount. 

HERNIS' staff is thoroughly trained to give advice and help the customer select the correct display unit for any area of the installation.
