CHARTPLOTTERS
SODENA ECDIS (GECDIS) SODENA pioneered ECDIS systems by starting GECDIS’s development in 1997. The first equipment was placed on a Merchant navy ship in 2000. Now, since July 1, 2002, the IMO has recognized the ECDIS as the standard on Merchant Navy ships. Constant improvements have been achieved all along. GECDIS is a very comprehensive solution benefiting from all the latest developments in marine navigation and communication systems. Almost all the features one would expect from a navigation system are available on GECDIS - with SODENA performance. With more than 6,000 ships installed, SODENA is a leader in Geographical Information Systems. SODENA TurboWin TURBOWIN is a stable and perennial solution existing for almost 20 years. It has been specially developped for fishermen who demand always more from their plotter. TURBOWIN is the first certified Mini-ECDIS which becomes a navigation software standard applied to fishing. Benefits: •Increased security due to the functions based on the Mini-ECDIS •Security due to the new module ARPA/AIS and its targets data base •Security thanks to JRC or Koden RADAR integration •Considerably lightened operator's workload thanks to simple and clear presentation Features: •2D contour drawing •Powerful fishing data management •Tide hight graphs and prediction •Autopilot interface •DECCA, TORAN, LORAN hyperboles and UTM grids display •Route planning •Reading of official Primar S57 and private CMAP charts •Conversions from Trax, Fishmaster, CVP, Furuno, Koden SODENA Turbo Tactic Much more than fishing navigation software, TURBO TACTIC takes into account all aspects of the onboard work process, including acoustic analysis of detections, the bathymetric and ceanographic environment, fuel consumption, trawl behavior and catch declaration results. Benefits: •Reduce fuel consumption •Reduce time at sea •Reduce by catch, better selectivity •Increase fish value and trading •Catches & Quota administrative management Features: •Navigation and safety based on ECDIS. ECS type plotter running & CMAP charts •Radar integration overlayed, AIS management •Acoustic data integration from WASSP and RawData sounder format (ES60/70, Kaijo) •2D&3D real time bathymetry from Multibeam WASSP, RawData sounders, NMEA data •Seafloor hardness mapping & classification from WASSP, ES60, Seascan, Roxann sensors •Sediment/ Bathymetry/ Tidal/ Meteo databases reader •Database reader from Oceanography data overlay •Electronic Logbook database treatment in real time for geographical catch data analysis •Trawl net monitoring and positionning and overlayed bathymetry
DOPPLER LOGS
Kaijo KDG-300 The KDG-300 current indicator is a well proven product with a reputation of ease of use and very reliable long term stability. The KDG-300 comes pre- calibrated from the Kaijo factory, so there is no need for cumbersome post- installation calibration at sea. It measures currents through four separate axis, and you can read from three layers of your own choosing. This Doppler log has an accuracy of 1% or better, and can measure speed over bottom in debts above 400m.

ECHO SOUNDERS
Kaijo KSE-100 The KSE-100 is a fish sizing echo sounder which we have sold to most of the large trawlers in the domestic market. This powerful sounder transmits in 15 separate beams; this translates into market leading accuracy in fish size estimation as well as a very high level of detail in the screen image. The KSE-100 are usually sold with the 38KHz split-beam transducer which gives the user long range without sacrificing too much on discrimination.
ELECTRONIC LOG BOOKS
SODENA Turbo Catch (Electronic Logbook) Always looking to offer the best adapted configuration for each particular vessel, TURBO CATCH is able to take on board several different modules depending on your exact needs and budget. For example, statutory conformity for your vessel can be achieved by simply using the interlinked CDP3000 software connected to an already existing means of communication (Std C, Iridium, Mini M, Fleet etc.) or connected to the MTJ3000 buoy (TURBO CATCH/VMS) with the skipper inputting manually. In order to automate this, a weighing machine and an input terminal can be linked to the CDP3000 software. Thus, the skipper simply has to validate the batches and an on-deck SODENA printer will complete the configuration and guarantee the traceability of batches on hold. When it comes to weighing machines which have already been installed, TURBO CATCH can be connected to the majority of models (Marel, arelec, Teaxul etc.). For more than 20 years, SODENA has been a leader in Geographical Information Systems for the fishing industry and has now transformed the ship’s log into a real database for the skipper. In this way, catch history is linked to working areas and trawl activity by merging TURBO CATCH data with TURBO TACTIC fishing prospecting. The skipper is able to compare and analyze results, obtain a lot of different information concerning date, place, fishing traffic, species or environment, and is also able to visualize geographical solutions put forward by TURBO TACTIC. Likewise, the skipper has at his disposal essential data to analyse fishing activity, and is able to make better and more accurate decisions thus reducing consumption and time spent at sea.

SONAR
Kaijo KCH-3180 This is the only sonar on the market that really deserves the title ”high frequency sonar”. With its class leading 164KHz it will give you an very detailed screen image, and detect fish even under most difficult water conditions. These are some of the reasons why we have sold over 80 KCH-3180 in Europe. Kaijo KCS-3220Z This is Kaijo’s most powerful low frequency sonar. The KCS-3220 was constructed to meet the demands of discerning professionals and larger fishing vessels. Transmitting frequency 20 KHz and extremely long detection range due to patented transmission method and RDT mode. KCS-3220 is class leading when it comes to reliability and detection range. Kaijo KCS-3881 This is Kaijo’s medium frequency sonar, which is suitable for all types of fishery. You can have it delivered with either an 88KHz or 92KHz transducer depending on your preferences. These frequencies are similar to what you will find in our competitors high frequency sonars. This sonar will give you good detection range with fairly high resolution. Kaijo KCS-3000 The KSC-3000 is a more affordable and more compact model compared to for instance the KCS-3220Z. It can come delivered with either 24KHz or 28KHz transducer. Kaijo KCS-3500 The KSC-3500 is a more affordable and more compact model compared to for instance the KCS-3881. It can come delivered with either 43KHz or 50KHz transducer.
