ANODES

Our main product is anodes in zinc and aluminum and we have a number of varieties in stock. We cast all our anodes ourselves and take samples of all the crucibles / melts and mark the anodes with a number. This marking allows us to trace the anodes back and do quality control of the alloy also in retrospect if something should happen.

Our casting process is verified by DNV GL and is carried out in accordance with the requirements of DNV RP-B401 and the NORSOK standard.

CASTING

CASTING

MANODA produces castings in a number of different alloys; mainly copper and aluminum alloys.

We have at our disposal:

- Three electric melting furnaces
- An oil-fired furnace
- A semi-automatic mold casting machine
- Modern facilities for casting in hardened sand

We use two casting methods

- Sand casting
- Kokillestøping

This gives us a great deal of flexibility and we can deliver castings from single castings to series of several thousand and in weight from a few grams to several hundred kg.

MANODA only uses new metal with a purity certificate in production.

We alloy ourselves according to the standards required for the individual products.

CHEATS

CHEATS

Our cheat shells are produced in sea-resistant aluminum with acid-proof screws and are fire-painted. The reels therefore have a long service life and require minimal maintenance.

They come with fasteners and screws. Our cheat snags are delivered in two sizes Klakken and Flua..

DESIGN

DRAWING AND MODELING

We use Solidworks drawing program for drawing and modeling. If you have a sketch of a product, then we can help you model this up and do the necessary drop analyzes for the casting process.

If you want an anode that you do not find in our range, we can design and deliver the anode exactly the way you want it. Contact us and we will help you with a solution.

DOOR HANDLERS

We supply hinges NS2523, attachment knobs NS2522 and odor additives NS2528 for doors and hatches in aluminum and steel.

Addition knobs are supplied as standard NS2522 with internal and external knob, or as flush type with only internal knob.

Both types of knobs are available in two standard lengths. Short (50mm boss) and long (75mm boss)

We supply a number of standard products produced in high-strength manganese brass.

- Wing nut
- Ring nut
- Eyebolt

In sizes M12, M16 and M20

Can also be delivered in acid-proof steel.

FASTENERS

PIPE AND WORKPIECE BOLT

We sell bronze products from Johnson Metall. Johnson Metall is the Nordic region's largest manufacturer of plain bearings, workpieces and cast parts in bronze.

We can offer square rod, hexagon rod, workpiece tube and bolt in several types of bronze alloy. Feel free to ask us and we will help you with the right dimension and alloy.

MACHINING

MACHINING

We have a great machine workshop with top equipment and competent professionals. We can therefore offer ready-machined castings and other machining assignments. In the machine workshop, we also develop and maintain our own molds.

Ingar has many years of experience with manual machining and always finds a solution. Now he has an apprentice with him, and we are proud to train our own skilled workers.

The machine shop is equipped with lathes, milling machines, drills, hydraulic presses for cutting, locking and punching holes.

We also perform welding with electrodes, TIG and MIG / MAG.
