EAB Engineering was established in 1952 as an engineering company. From the late 1980s, when we first engaged with the oil and gas industry, our strategy has been to become specialists in the subsea segment and to develop and grow the business on subsea tie-in technology, infrastructure, installation tools, and other custom-made solutions for operators in the North Sea and later worldwide. Our customers include major providers of subsea umbilicals, risers, and flowlines (SURF) and subsea production systems (SPS).

EAB Engineering has an experienced, highly qualified and specialized project and engineering and staff—and subsea technology is still our business. We leverage this expertise in every engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) contract we undertake.

In 2021, we became a Schlumberger company. This merger strengthens the offerings both companies bring to the subsea industry, and our customer service and markets remain unchanged. We work in accordance with the Schlumberger Code of Ethics.
