As of 31 July 2019, our parent company Nekkar ASA (previously TTS Group ASA), sold the brand name “TTS” and its ships equipment and offshore businesses to MacGregor. Following completion of this acquisition the company name of TTS Syncrolift AS is changed to Syncrolift AS. For Syncrolift customers, this transaction and changes in names has no implications. There are no changes in our agreement or commitment to our customers. Syncrolift AS with the support by the owner company, Nekkar ASA, will continue and secure its strong position in the ship handling market. By combining the strengths of a dedicated ownership with our knowledge and expertise, we will continue to deliver safe, reliable, cost-efficient and state of the art solutions.
