Cleaning-in-Place (CIP) system for separators The Cleaning-in-Place system is a simple and effective way to increase separator performance and lower costs. It hooks up to the separator directly, cleaning the bowl, oil inlets and oil outlets without any dismantling. Not only does this save man-hours, it lowers spare parts consumption since there is no extra wear or damages due to disassembly. The cleaning liquids used with the system are water-based and contain a non-hazardous, organic acid mixture. - No need for manual cleaning of bowl interior - Improved separation efficiency due to cleaner bowl - Same cleaning liquid works with both lubricating oil and fuel oil separators

Cleaning-in-Place (CIP) chemicals for separators  Alfa Laval CIP chemicals for separators are designed to keep your equipment in peak condition without endangering fragile marine ecosystems. They make use of Alfa Laval’s lline of Alpacon chemicals, which contain a unique raw material based on fermented whey. This makes them both non-hazardous and biodegradable. Moelven, Bulklift and SBG deck cranes have been produced since 1965. More than 700 cranes have been delivered during this period.

The cranes lifting capacity range from 2 tons to 150 tons, from small service cranes to large heavy lift container or grab cranes. The Moelven/Bulklift cranes are delivered with electohydraulic or dieselhydraulic power packs with fixed mounting on pedestal or on a fore and aft travelling gantry. Offshore equipment have been delivered under the name Moelven. There has also been delivered several stabbing hoists and DF Manipulators for drilling platforms.

Bulklift AS have the comercial rights for this products and have the technical documantation for all products produced since 1965.

The nine buoy tenders owned by Finstaship are used for the maintenance, repair and construction of navigation marks, thus contributing to the safety of shipping. Our vessels are specifically designed for fairway maintenance work, and they are also equipped with special equipment for oil-spill prevention and response. The crews of our fleet have years of specialised experience in the maintenance and installation of aids for navigation. In addition to fairway maintenance, we perform all types of construction in open water, the waters of the archipelago, and port areas and their environs.
ICEBREAKING SERVICES	ICEBREAKING SERVICES Icebreaking services include assistance, towing, securing vessel traffic safety, and traffic control for vessels proceeding in icy conditions. Our other important support services include cooperation with port authorities, charterers, the VTS and SRS stations and pilots. Furthermore, we supply traffic and operation reports to these stations and send ice reports to the Ice Service unit at the Finnish Institute of Marine Research. Vessels requiring assistance in the open sea are assisted appropriately in accordance with the ice conditions at the time. Our paramount duty is to guarantee the safe passage of the vessels we are assisting. The geographic service areas for Finnish icebreakers include: - The northern part of the Gulf of Bothnia - The southern part of the Gulf of Bothnia - The Gulf of Finland.
OFFSHORE SERVICES	OFFSHORE SERVICES Powerful, high-tech, multipurpose vessels for global underwater oil field construction. Designed for the management, maintenance and service of offshore oil wells, the 97-metre Botnica is a multipurpose vessel specialised in marine construction and icebreaking, as are the 116-metre vessels Fennica and Nordica. They are equipped with diesel-electric propulsion systems and their innovative combination of capabilities, based on extensive design and engineering work, facilitates their use in both arctic and tropical conditions. All three of these multipurpose vessels are highly advanced, powerful and extremely well designed and built. Unique technology for demanding conditions. These vessels are ideal for offshore operations. The working deck is about 1,000 m2, making it exceptionally large and level for ships of this length. The deck was designed for fast equipment changes. Depending on the ship, such equipment may range from simple deck cranes to a 160-tonne pedestal active heave compensated crane, or from deepwater installation equipment to pipe-laying systems, underwater machinery control or the towing and installation of large pipelines. With their 15,000 kW power output and 230-tonne bollard pull, the Nordica and the Fennica are ideal for seabed ploughing and towing, and they are also fully equipped for anchor-handling operations. The ships’ main engine and generator solution makes it possible to perform heavy-duty maintenance tasks without affecting their operating ability. - Both the Fennica and the Nordica are also equipped with a stern roller.
