West Marine - Hamilton Water Jet. West Marine A/S is authorized agent and service centre for Hamilton Jet in Denmark, Greenland and the Faeroe Islands. The first Hamilton water jet vessel was presented in 1954. Since then Hamilton has had the leading position as water jet manufacturer. Hamilton water jet is the preferred propulsion system in a number of vessels where high performance, outstanding manouverability, shallow water operations and reasonable maintenance costs are required. Worldwide more than 30,000 Hamilton water jet systems are installed in different vessel types such as pilot vessels, patrol vessels, fast passenger ferries, fire fighting vessels, fishing vessels, landing craft, man over board (MOB) boats and fast rescue craft (FRC). It is a pleasure for West Marine A/S to assist with design and purchase of new water jet systems, and we are prepared to offer service and repairs of existent water jet systems.
