Commercial off the shelf We design and manufactures the REMUS and HUGIN product lines of commercial off the shelf (COTS) autonomous underwater vehicles (AUV). 

REMUS has been a tremendous success with more than 200 vehicles (2012) delivered. Remus vehicles are used in a wide number of applications including navies, hydrography and marine research.

HUGIN AUVs boast operational experience from commercial and naval operations. Hugin operations have taken place in all parts of the world, in shallow to deep water, in arctic and tropical waters. 

REMUS and HUGIN vehicles have different capabilities and thus different applications and roles. They are available with short delivery times.

Miko Magnet Case

The Miko Magnet Case 001/003 is a robust and watertight container for safe handling of Miko Anchor Magnet models MAM-001 and MAM-003.

The case provides complete protection against dust and can be immersed in water for short periods. The interior is also fitted with several layers of shock absorption material, which makes it suitable for rough handling and the harsh environment where the magnets are often used and stored.

It has in-built insulation of the magnetic field, which means that it can be used for air freight without a dangerous goods declaration. In addition, there are no loose parts inside the case, enabling it to be used repeatedly without any pieces being lost, while saving time for packing and unpacking.

DOPPLER LOGS	Kaijo KDG-300 The KDG-300 current indicator is a well proven product with a reputation of ease of use and very reliable long term stability. The KDG-300 comes pre- calibrated from the Kaijo factory, so there is no need for cumbersome post- installation calibration at sea. It measures currents through four separate axis, and you can read from three layers of your own choosing. This Doppler log has an accuracy of 1% or better, and can measure speed over bottom in debts above 400m.
ECHO SOUNDERS	Kaijo KSE-100 The KSE-100 is a fish sizing echo sounder which we have sold to most of the large trawlers in the domestic market. This powerful sounder transmits in 15 separate beams; this translates into market leading accuracy in fish size estimation as well as a very high level of detail in the screen image. The KSE-100 are usually sold with the 38KHz split-beam transducer which gives the user long range without sacrificing too much on discrimination.
SONAR	Kaijo KCH-3180 This is the only sonar on the market that really deserves the title ”high frequency sonar”. With its class leading 164KHz it will give you an very detailed screen image, and detect fish even under most difficult water conditions. These are some of the reasons why we have sold over 80 KCH-3180 in Europe. Kaijo KCS-3220Z This is Kaijo’s most powerful low frequency sonar. The KCS-3220 was constructed to meet the demands of discerning professionals and larger fishing vessels. Transmitting frequency 20 KHz and extremely long detection range due to patented transmission method and RDT mode. KCS-3220 is class leading when it comes to reliability and detection range. Kaijo KCS-3881 This is Kaijo’s medium frequency sonar, which is suitable for all types of fishery. You can have it delivered with either an 88KHz or 92KHz transducer depending on your preferences. These frequencies are similar to what you will find in our competitors high frequency sonars. This sonar will give you good detection range with fairly high resolution. Kaijo KCS-3000 The KSC-3000 is a more affordable and more compact model compared to for instance the KCS-3220Z. It can come delivered with either 24KHz or 28KHz transducer. Kaijo KCS-3500 The KSC-3500 is a more affordable and more compact model compared to for instance the KCS-3881. It can come delivered with either 43KHz or 50KHz transducer.
