Isotrol - an ideal rust protection system Isotrol is an ideal rust protection system when, by different reasons, the degree of cleanliness needed for surface protection with traditional systems is not possible to achieve and red lead is not available due to environmental reasons. Isotrol is a system based on among other things linseed oil alkyd. This gives Isotrol an exceptionally good penetration capability into narrow spaces (crevices), which is of vital importance when performing maintenance work on constructions, which contains crevices, for instance frameworks and constructions containing rivet joints. In tough environments more resistant top paints are sometimes needed, as for instance two-component epoxy and polyurethane. Introteknik has developed a two-component epoxy (Isomastic) and polyurethane (Isodur) system, which can be applied upon Isotrol Primer. It is difficult to find another rust protection system that can show results like those of Isotrol in tests and in practice. Results and evaluations are in time intervals of 15 to 20 years.

Scope Fire retardant chipboard with excellent fire retardant properties for use in dry conditions. Description Highly fire retardant chipboard that complies with the most rigorous European standards. The board has a sanded, fine surface and a particularly screwable core. Suitable for industrial processing for interior decoration and furniture production, the board can be refined with, among others, paper, melamine, laminate or veneer. The board is heat- and fire-resistant and has low formaldehyde emission (E1 class). The board is used in particular in public buildings such as hospitals, airports, rest homes, theatres, hotels, etc. Antivlam® Class 0 withstands extreme heat and fire, does not contribute to flame spread and has a smoke development comparable to that of natural wood.
GYPSUM BOARD
Rigidur Marine is a gypsum board that has superior rigidity, durability and mechanical strength. The scratch resistant surface of Rigidur Marine is smooth enough to decorate or is a perfect substrate for laminating with surface finishes. High strength and rigidity can be achieved from using relatively thin boards. Therefore reduced weight interior linings can be considered for ship building projects that will enable other economic benefits to be realised – both new build and re-fit. Rigidur Marine is a fire safe material that fulfils the strict MED requirements of ship building for non-combustibility.

CLEANING AGENTS
Presserv have a range of products for degreasing and cleaning of interior, exterior surfaces and rust removal. Some of these products incorporated corrosion inhibitors (VpCI). The products are available both in powder, gel and liquid form and removes rust or oxide on carbon steel, stainless steel, copper, brass and aluminum. Coatscale Remover is a blend of vegetable oils, driers, wetting agents and corrosion inhibitors. Its pri-mary use is as a rust remover and temporary corrosion inhibitor in seawater ballast tanks, prior to application of permanent protective coatings. Coatscale Remover penetrates the porous rust and seeks to the fresh steel surface underneath, where it spreads out making a thin, oily film that loosen the rust. Upon drying, the film ex-pands and "push off" the rust in flakes. Coatscale Remover then dries to a soft, non-sticky coating, which gives a temporary corrosion protection of the fresh metal against seawater and humidity. Coatscale Remover is safe both to the environment and to personnel handling it. It does not contain any hydrocarbon solvents or oils, and all ingredients are completely biodegradable and environmental friendly. Prior to further treatment of the tank surfaces, Coatscale Remover may be removed by the use of a 20% solution of "UNITOR AQUATUFF HIGH FOAM" and high pressure equipment. Then flush with fresh, clean water and leave the surface to dry.Coatscale Remover may also be used for other purposes, i.e. as a semi-hard coat for protection of steel and metal surfaces against atmospheric corrosion.
