AmiTrawl is designed to monitor and control the trawl winches during all phases of trawling. It displays and monitors length, speed and tension for wires.

 The system consists of a main PLC and a remote PLC. The remote PLC is located on the bridge. It collects signals from the push buttons and joysticks on the operator’s panel and sends control signals to the main PLC. The main PLC receives signals from the transmitters and the proximity switches connected to the winches. The data from the main PLC is displayed on a Panel View.

Length and speed are measured with proximity sensors attached to the winches. Measurements of the tension use the relationship between load in a wire and the natural frequency of vibration.

- The model PS-30 pressure/temperature OEM transmitters are tailor made for customers with specific manufacturing or engineering demands.  The sensor includes a diaphragm with thin film strange gauge and a nickel temperature sensor placed on the diaphragm surface to ensure a fast temperature step response. The integrated electronic design in this transmitter allows various parameters in calibration to optimise the different OEM customers need to accuracy in pressure and temperature measurements. The design of the sensor electronics has been developed  to assure a low power consumption. - Thin-film sensor technology Wing Union Pressure Transmitter The Wing Union Pressure Transmitter in an extremely rugged sensor designed for use with the two-inch wing union in the rough and demanding environment of high-pressure applications for both the on- and offshroe industry. The transmitter includes a diaphragm with a thin film single bridge Strain Gauge and a PT-1000 temperature sensor, electro beam welded to a sensor bed. The sensing diaphragm design eliminate zero shift during hammer-up and eliminates long-term signal drift in the field. The electronic circuits are calibrated and temperature compensated in digital mode with an analogue 4- 20mA output signal. The transmitter is designed to withstand vibration and shock as well as pressure peaks during operation. The union compatible fittings are machined of Hastelloy C22 & Inconel X-750 providing service with highly abrasive and corrosive media. Both configuration comply with international accepted standards for materials operating in corrosive environments. Marine Engines are designed to run on refinery grade fuel, however reality is that bunkered fuel has already logged many idle hours during the storage and transport. In the end low quality fuel contains reduced energy density causing incomplete combustion reaction whenever utilized. Treatment with a Fluid Cracking Catalyst (Fitch Fuel Catalyst) reformulates and improves hydrocarbon fuel quality, and as a result ensures a more complete combustion reaction reducing fuel consumption and lowering emissions.
