We cooperate weekly with VALBIA which always assists us with the best solutions for automation of ball and damper valves.

AVS stocks VALBIA pneumatic actuators, which are a major component of automation of our industrial valves.

ELECTRICAL ACTUATORS AVS started cooperation with VALPES in the early 90s, and has been following developments all the time. The wide range of products currently offered is of great importance to us in the automation tasks of the different types of industrial valves. Today, actuators for use in EX areas can also be offered.

VALPES is today at the forefront of the development of electric actuators, based on modern components for ON / OFF service and control tasks where position cards are easily adapted to control voltage from PLC / control console.

ACID SOLID ACCESSORIES AVS imports pneumatic actuators into the material AISI316, which has proved to be of very high quality, for use in demanding environments, or where the production of foodstuffs indicates that acid-proof steel is absolutely necessary due to the hygienic requirements.

The actuators can be operated in double-acting variant with steering pressure up to 15 Bar, provided the choice of option with internal pistons in steel.

Consequently, rotational force increases significantly compared to standard control pressures which are max. 8 Bar

SOMAS actuator type A is developed for control and on / off applications.  The actuators are primarily adapted to SOMAS ball valves, calotte valves and butterfly valves.

Actuators type A-DA are double-acting and developed for SOMAS valve range where the torque requirement is greater. Therefore, we have placed great emphasis on low friction and freedom of play. Due to the fact that there is no gap between the actuators and the valve, the control function becomes optimal. 

Single acting actuators type A-SC / SO are basically constructed in the same way as the A-DA device, with the difference that there is a built-in closing or opening spring function.
