BLACKOUT MATERIALS

The blackout shades have an aluminium casing and are therefore well protected while not collecting dust. Bottom and side guiders are included for complete blackout. Our flexible system is available with manual or motorised controls. With a electrical motor, normally a tube motor placed within the aluminium casing, you have the option of controlling several blackout shades from the same control. With a built-in roller blind spring the blackout shades can be stretched to also cover horizontal ceiling windows. The blackout shades are available in polyester or flame resistant cotton in several different colours (see separate fact sheet).

The Protections can be made in small panels or large protective decks and are used where swinging objects may be lifted above critical equipment. The panels can be designed to withstand the load from falling objects like drill collars, containers etc.
